Chocolate. Holiday. Sleeping in. Bunnies. Eggs. Hot cross buns. Easter Show. Horse pooping everywhere. Double demerit points. Surcharges. Cramming for exam on tues. Recuperation from Kelly concert. Hangover. Goeffery Rush in 'Shine'. Etc.

JESUS!


Attended a service at St Aidans Anglican Church this morning which was really good. It was somewhat different to the type of service im 'used to'. Northside and the churches ive visited have mostly been Chinese churches so i guess that explains why. So to be honest i felt rather uncomfortable at first, adapting to this different style of worship. But it was great to have been challenged by God in this way today, who plucked me out of my comfort zone and blessed me with this opportunity to worship Him. Made me realise all the more that though there may be different styles of worship, there is but one awesome God, and that worshipping Him should come from your heart as opposed to certain rituals etc.

No matter who you are, which culture you belong to, where you're from, what your career is, when Jesus was crucified around 2000 years ago, He stretched out His arms, and embraced you and me.

Normally if we're forewarned about something drastic that's gonna happen to us, we'd do whatever we can to prevent it from happening, or stay away from it. Jesus didn't. He knew and yet He strode on forwards. Truly amazing that He died with us in mind! Thank you Father!!
